A Montreal-born Grenadian-Canadian Jett Baker had a very normal childhood, this consisted of going to school coming home doing homework and spending time with his family. He wasn’t your average child though, from the age of 4.5 years he developed an obsession with the electric guitar. His uncle played locally and when Jett and his family would visit his uncle on the weekends, he had no interest in playing outside with other kids, he wanted to devote his time to playing the guitar and learning from the best his idol, his uncle.
Jett soon because a very well known guitar player while in school, he was asked to play at school concerts and even perform at community festivals. Once he had concurred the guitar he decided he’d like to learn more musical instruments, this included the tin whistle, Irish flute and he even tried the spoons but soon discovered they weren’t his thing!
Jett still performs and has gained a lot of very good friends through the sound of music. A passion and love he will continue always and forever.
